Long Haul Guarantee for Bags:
Your bag is supposed to take a few hard knocks on the road. Leather darkens and dyes are weathered to handsomer shades. But frayed stitching and broken hardware are not so romantic. UBB bags are durable, sturdy, and dependable, so if unexpected breaks should happen, we’ll be glad to replace damaged bags for up to one year. Here are a few details on bag returns:

How to make a return
1. Give us a call at 1-800-779-0240 ext 4 . Have your order number ready and we’ll email you a prepaid packing label.
2. Download, print, and complete this form and put it in your box.
3. Place the item you’d like to return with all of its packaging in a box, tape it up, attach the label, and put it in the mail.
How to make an exchange
1. Exchanges have the same first step as returns. Give us a call at 1-800-779-0240 ext 4 with your order number at the ready. We’ll email you a prepaid packing label to ship your item back.
2. Download, print, and complete this form and put it in your box.
3. If you’re exchanging your purchase for the same item in a different color or size, we’ll package it up and send it out to you as soon as your old item arrives in Philadelphia.
4. If you’re exchanging your purchase for something different, we’ll charge your card for the new item you’d like to purchase and release the old charge once your old item arrives and your new one ships out.
International returns
If you made your purchase outside the US and need to send it back, you are still welcome to do so. For international returns, most of the same rules apply.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns to international addresses. However, because packages take a longer time to get to international addresses, and we can’t accommodate return shipping, we extend the return window to 45 days for international returns.
